Some of the more popular areas include: South of the Central Market (Phsar Thmei), street 63, north-east of the NationalMuseum on street 178, street 240 on the south side of the palace offers restaurants and Rubies wine bar and the area of street 51 South.

These are the places to eat for well-to-do Khmers, and at the weekend are packed with literally thousands of people on a big night hour.
